    1. INCREASE FIBER INTAKE

    One of the popular remedy to cure constipation is to intake fiber more. Fiber is also convenient remedy as it is found in every kitchen in or another form.

    • Recommended fiber intake per day is 20-35 grams.
    • and the main sources of fiber are fruits, green vegetables and whole grains.

    But besides the benefit of fiber intake there is one downside of this too that is if cannot take plenty of water with the intake of fiber that it can worsen your condition too.

    So, eat fibers as much as can with simultaneous consumption of water and get rid of constipation.

    2. LEMON JUICE 

    We all are very well familiar with the benefits of lemon juice. Actually, lemon juice acts as a stimulant for the digestion process of our body and flushes out the toxins as well as undigested materials which are built up along the walls of the colon.

    Make it your habit to drink one glass of warm water with some lemon juice in it everyday.

    In fact to get best results of it, drink it in the morning and starts your day with this.

    All you need to do is to take 1 glass of warm juice and squeeze 1 lemon in it. Drink it regularly and get relief from constipation.

    3. HONEY

    Honey acts as mild laxative and help you to prevent as well as to cure constipation. There are many ways to take honey but the preferable ways to take honey are..

    • Consume 2 tablespoons of honey 3 times a day directly…
    • ..or mix 1 tablespoon of honey with the lemon juice
    • and mix honey and lemon juice in a glass of warm water.

    Drink this honey lemon water every morning on an empty stomach.

    4. DRINK 2 CUPS OF COFFEE

    Most of us are habitual of starting our day with a cup of coffee so that we can freshen up ourselves and give heavenly aromas to perk you up.

    But you know coffee has caffeine in it which acts as a natural stimulant for the digestive system.

    So, consume 1-2 cups of coffee is completely fine as it fasten up your digestion process. But make sure consumption of coffee should not exceed more than 2 cups per day.

    As it can react in opposite manner too and can worsen your condition too as it causes dehydration too.

    5. CASTOR OIL

    As castor oil is stimulant laxative, as it stimulates the large as well as small intestine and improves your bowl movement.

    • Simply take 2 tablespoons of castor oil directly on an empty stomach.
    • As it tastes little bitter so you can take it with the fruit juice too.
    • Within a few hours you can feel huge improvement in your condition.

    6. FENNEL

    Another way to treat constipation is to eat fennel powder. As fennel seeds are useful in treating many issues like indigestion, constipation, bloating and irritable bowel syndrome.

    Steps to Intake

    • Take 1 or 1 ½ half cup of fennel seeds and dry them.
    • Now, roast the fennel seeds and then grind them; sieve this mixture.
    • Store this mixture of fennel seeds in air tight for future use.
    • Take 1 complete table spoon of this mixture daily.

    7.  INTAKE OLIVE OIL WITH EMPTY STOMACH

    Olive oil will let you to get rid of Constipation it increase the taste of food as well as it can help you in constipation also.

    Steps to Intake – You have to intake it in morning with empty stomach, you will require..

    • 1 teaspoon of Olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice (optional)

    1 Tablespoon you can have at a time or you could add 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice that’s Optional.

    But as all of us know Lime helps in digestion related problems and it enhance taste of Olive oil also.

     

    8. DETOX WATER

    Pain killers can cause constipation and a weak digestive system can also cause it, for this you should drink Detox water.

    Detox drinks helps to improve digestion and metabolism. Moreover, some of these  drinks are rich in fibers. By this your body will always have appropriate amount of water, helps to get relieve from constipation.

    9. BAKING SODA – RE-ALKALIZE THE STOMACH

    Faster you’ll drink, more faster it will seems to work.

    Steps to Intake – Make Mixture of 1 teaspoon of Baking soda and 1/4 of warm water. Drink the Mixture.

    As, It’s Bicarbonate which will help to pass air from you body from one or another way, relieve pain from pressure. It re-alkalizes the stomach, neutralizing the acid a little bit and helping things pass through your gut.
